Grilled Chicken Toast

To prepare the white sauce,melt sauce in a heavy bottomed pan.Add maida and stir for a minute.Romove from fire.Add the milk,stirring continuosly.Return to fire and cook,stirring continuosly till thick.Add salt,pepper to tast.Remove from fire & keep aside |
Methods

| Wash the chicken pieces |
| Boil with 1/2 tsp salt in 1/2 cup water till tender or pressure cook with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt to give 1 whistle |
| Debone the meat and cut into cubes |
| Toast the slice to make it medium brown |
| Cut into 2 traingles |
| Mix the chicken,White sauce,cheese nd seasonings |
| Spread the mixture on the toasts and grill it in hot oven on the top rack for 1 minute or or till slightly brown |
| Serve hot with ketchup |
| Grill carefully only to brown the cheese |
| An over grilled toast becomes hard |
