Radish Green Leaves

Clean the leaves and chop finely.Boil in water with a little salt for 5 minutes.When the water cools, squeeze out the leaves.Chop the onions,Grind chillies, garlic and cumin seeds coarsley. |
Methods

| Place a dekchi on fire with the oil in it |
| When the oil is heated, season it with asfoetida and mustard |
| When the mustard seeds spluttre, put in the ground lump and fry for a minute |
| Put in turmeric and the onions |
| Stir and cover the dekchi |
| When the onions are cooked to a little softness, add the radish leaves |
| Fry nicely |
| Serve with a slice of lime |
