Ingredients
  


Pre Cooking
Clean the leaves and chop finely.Boil in water with a little salt for 5 minutes.When the water cools, squeeze out the leaves.Chop the onions,Grind chillies, garlic and cumin seeds coarsley.
Methods

Place a dekchi on fire with the oil in it
When the oil is heated, season it with asfoetida and mustard
When the mustard seeds spluttre, put in the ground lump and fry for a minute
Put in turmeric and the onions
Stir and cover the dekchi
When the onions are cooked to a little softness, add the radish leaves
Fry nicely
Serve with a slice of lime
